In this era, successfullness in business is not based on being stagnant in thinking, you need to be flexible, have good planning and organizational skills. A lot of businesses has foldup because many people start a business thinking they will just open their doors or turn on their computers and money will start coming in, only to find that making money in a business is much more difficult than they thought.

Business is like building a house, it's not only about laying blocks alone, a lot more is attached. There's a saying that "If you shoot, you must trace" where shooting is starting a business and tracing is managing it.

Let's look at few things that can lead to a successful business

Determination : A determined mind gets to the peak.

Alalytical thinking : Having an analytical detailed thinking ahead taking any decision that involves spending including buying goods.

Detailed record keeping : A detailed record keeping will actually let you know if your sales is dropping or rising, if you're making profit or loss and so much more

Comparative SWOT analysis : Every business is bound to have competition sooner or later, be prepared to have better qualities than your competitor. Once in a while, go around and know more organization or business centers that is competing with your company so that you can know how to improve more to surpass them e.g providing the best services to your customers, serene environment, quality products and so on. This is to tell that once you're into business, competition has begun.
