Post Reply: How Much Do You Earn As An Entrepreneur?

Quote from Ismaila Adepoju on November 19, 2022, 5:30 pm

Determining how much you make as am entrepreneur

It is hard to determine how much an entrepreneur makes because they vary so much in what they do and how they do it as well as what phase they are doing it all in. For example, some early-stage entrepreneurs might not make anything. Sometimes they need to put all they have into a company because they are low on funding. When they do this they might not even take a salary themselves so they might be making literally nothing. However, they see it as an investment. Other entrepreneurs are very successful and they make a lot of money because what they do provides them a lot of revenue, for example, Mark Zuckerberg is an entrepreneur and so is Roseanne Barr but the largest social media platform and a macadamia nut farm are two ventures that pull drastically different revenue figures.
Is it guaranteed to make a lot of money as an entrepreneur?
It is not a guarantee entrepreneurship will make you rich, it is certain that most entrepreneurs are itching to try but that doesn’t mean you will become wealthy just because you pursue entrepreneurship. Usually, there is more than money driving the efforts of an entrepreneur, usually, they are passionate about solving problems and helping to enable innovation. For this reason, many entrepreneurs go broke sometimes trying to pursue a passion only to find it is a failure. Some reports say the co-founder of Asana, Dustin Moskovitz is worth a little over 10 billion, for example, while other reports say the average entrepreneur only makes a fraction of that. So it is hard to say how much you will make as an entrepreneur because it is all contingent upon what you do and how you do it. © The Griti Fund
